Type One Incident Support was incorporated in 2003 as a lead products distribution company for specialty firefighting equipment. We service wildland, structural and interface agencies, and private companies with a range of equipment and products to support many types of incidents and missions.
We pride ourselves in assisting to make our customers' projects or daily operations compliant with various environmental protection regulations. The primary focus of our company is sales, support and service of our product lines. Our philosophy is to seek out and establish relationships with specific suppliers to provide specialty tools for our customers.
In addition to product sales and support, Type One plays a lead role in providing product feedback to our suppliers and partners. We specialize in new product development ideas and improvements that are suggested by our customers working with the products in the field. We strive to continually troubleshoot existing products to improve safety and operational effectiveness
Type One provides sales and support for a wide range of specialized firefighting equipment, tools and products in both structural and wildland applications. Chris Ditmore, Type One's CEO, has over 32 years' experience in the firefighting industry.
